This Privacy Policy describes how INTAJCO ("INTAJCO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, and discloses your personal data in connection with your access to and use of the INTAJCO Platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner, in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), promulgated by Royal Decree No. M/19/1443.
This policy applies to all personal data processed by us, whether you are a Talent, a Production Company, a Resource Provider, or a visitor to our Platform.

3. The Personal Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data: Includes first name, last name, username, date of birth, gender, and a copy of your national ID or passport for verification purposes.
- Contact Data: Includes billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data: Includes bank account and payment card details, processed through our licensed payment provider.
- Transaction Data: Includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased or rented through the Platform.
- Technical Data: Includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Platform.
- Profile Data: Includes your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses. For Talent, this also includes your professional portfolio, skills, experience, headshots, and showreels.
- Usage Data: Includes information about how you use our Platform, products, and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data: Includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
Under the PDPL, we will only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so. The legal bases we rely on are:
- Your Consent: We will process your personal data when you have given us explicit consent to do so for a specific purpose, such as for marketing communications.
- Contractual Necessity: We will process your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, such as creating your account, facilitating a job application, or processing a rental transaction.
- Legitimate Interests: We may process your personal data for our legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not override your rights and interests. This includes improving our services, preventing fraud, and ensuring the security of our Platform.
- Legal Obligation: We may be required to process your personal data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data for several specific purposes, each supported by an appropriate legal basis.
We process your Identity and Contact data to register you as a new user. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us.
We use your Identity, Contact, Financial, Transaction, and Marketing & Communications data to process and deliver your orders, including managing payments, fees, and charges. This processing is also carried out for the performance of a contract with you.
To manage our relationship with you - including notifying you about changes to our terms, policies, or other important information - we process your Identity, Contact, Profile, and Marketing & Communications data. This processing is based on the performance of a contract and, where applicable, our legal obligations.
Where you choose to participate in promotions, competitions, or surveys, we process your Identity, Contact, Profile, Usage, and Marketing & Communications data. This is done for the performance of a contract and in pursuit of our legitimate interests.
We also process your Identity, Contact, and Technical data to administer and protect our business and the Platform. This includes troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, technical support, reporting, and data hosting. Such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business and IT systems, and in some cases to comply with legal obligations.
To deliver relevant website content and advertisements, and to measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we provide, we process your Identity, Contact, Profile, Usage, Marketing & Communications, and Technical data. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in understanding customer behavior, improving our products and services, growing our business, and informing our marketing strategy.
We use Technical and Usage data for analytics purposes to improve our website, products, services, marketing efforts, customer relationships, and overall user experience. This is based on our legitimate interests in developing and enhancing our business operations.
We may also process your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage, and Profile data to make suggestions and recommendations about goods or services that may be of interest to you. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in developing our offerings and expanding our business.
Finally, where we have obtained your explicit consent, we may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage, and Profile data to send you marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table in section 5 above.
- Other Users: To facilitate transactions and connections on the Platform (e.g., sharing a Talent's profile with a Production Company).
- Service Providers: Third parties who provide IT, system administration, and other services to us.
- Payment Processors: Our licensed payment provider to process transactions securely.
- Professional Advisers: Including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.
- Regulatory Authorities: Authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of our external third parties may be based outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside KSA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of KSA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented, in compliance with the PDPL:
- We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been approved by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) as having an adequate level of data protection.
- Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved by SDAIA which give personal data the same protection it has in Saudi Arabia.
- We will obtain your explicit consent for the transfer, after you have been informed that the destination country does not have an adequate level of data protection.
8. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. These measures include:
- Encryption of financial transactions.
- Password-protected and firewall-protected servers.
- Limiting access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

- Right of Access: You have the right to request access to your personal data that we hold.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we are relying on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

This Privacy Policy is provided in both Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Arabic text shall prevail in all legal interpretations and proceedings within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
